River Glen Equestrian Park

The evolution of River Glen Equestrian Park has happened with virtually no funding from advertising, sponsorship, or charitable monies. The expansion of the show schedule and the growth in the subscription to the shows has captured the interest of some businesses and individuals. See schedules section of the site for more detail about the schedule both in the Western Arena and the Park. Further growth in the facilities and shows will be greatly enhanced by the participation of advertisers and sponsors. In addition, individuals interested in supporting River Glen through charitable contributions are encouraged to contact Bill Graves at (865) 475-1005. Advertising and sponsorship packages can be customized to meet the intentions of the advertiser/sponsor. Listed below are some opportunities currently being offered both in the Western Arena and in the Park.

River Glen Western Arena
Annual Advertising Package - $750.00

4' x 8' banner (supplied by advertiser) to be displayed on the Western Arena wall.

Vendor space at all Western Arena events.

Acknowledgement of advertiser in all promotional materials published by River Glen for the Western Arena (In 2001 there were 4 flyers which advertised events and were circulated to all competitors and placed at appropriate visible locations).

Minimum of one P.A. commercial announcement on each day of each event.

Logo placed on River Glen website recognizing advertiser.

Custom Advertising/ Sponsorship Packages

River Glen Series Events and River Glen USTRC* Sanctioned Team Roping Southeast Sectionals are seeking advertisers/sponsors. Benefits include advertising in flyers as well as relevant trade publications such as Super-Looper (circulation 30,000), and/or The Roping Pen (circulation 15,000). Advertising on the River Glen Billboard (located on 11-E, the main access 4 lane highway) is for an agreed upon duration.
Prices determined on individual basis.

River Glen Equestrian Park
Annual Advertising Package - $1,000.00

One-half page ad in all Prize Lists and Programs for all River Glen Shows. (Shows sponsored by lessees are excluded.) The 2001 River Glen Shows included:
- 3 Horse Trials,
- 3 "A"-rated Hunter/Jumper Shows,
- 1 Sanctioned Dressage Show,
- 1 Sanctioned Carriage Driving Event
Ads for particular shows may be contracted individually.
Signage prominently displayed around sand rings. Sign is 2' x 3' sandwich board and advertiser must supply Logo/Script.
Logo placed on Web site recognizing advertiser/sponsor.
Minimum of one P.A. commercial announcement on each day of each event.

Custom Advertising/Sponsorship Packages

Particular classes of particular shows, individual shows, specific facilities ranging from individual jumps to barns are seeking advertisers/sponsors. Prices range from $50-$60,000. Sponsorship may also include River Glen Billboard (located on 11-E, the main access four lane highway) for an agreed upon duration.

River Glen Charitable Contribution

Charitable contributions may be made to River Glen Equestrian Park through the American Horse Trials Foundation.
